- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I received a vaccine that is covered under my insurance plan and should have been sent to them for payment. Was told that I had to pay and submit myself. Well 3.5 months later and numerous faxes and phone calls, my insurance co. states that Safeway was supposed to do it. Not sure if the pharmacy tech did not know how to fill this out or just didn't want to make the time but it has cost me hours of downtime trying to get this settled.
