- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Doctors Office should be avoided if possible. Firstly, the brace they gave me ended up putting me in pain(which I was in none before) and bruised my shin. I called their office at 8 a.m. and talked to the receptionist. I informed her of what was happening and was told I would receive a call back to let me know what I should do. I received no such call. I then called again, left a message, explaining the situation and, yet again, received no return call. On my third call, someone answered I explained that no one was calling me back and I would be returning the brace on my next visit. I had bought a ankle brace from Walgreens that was better than what I got from the Doctor. On my return visit, at this point I should have already learned my lesson but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I was left to wait in the patient room for over a half an hour. I left with a refund of my co-pay. Terrible experience, I recommend finding a real Doctors office that cares for their patients.August 18, 2017by Joe Z
