- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This Doctors office is horrible on follow up. I called and left 12 messages for the person to call in a referral to a specialist, no luck. Not even a returned phone call. Finally had to drive to the office and explain my request the front desk assured me that the message would be passed on, guess what, no return call and no referral sent. Now I have been trying to get a refill on a normal drug, the pharmacy has sent three request to them with no return. So,either the person who is in charge of doing this is total over worked, or she is no caring. Either way the 4c group needs to change what they are doing. Come Oct 1st I will change my PC Dr. I suggest do not start with them unless you can verify that they have changed their ways.April 28, 2017by Gary W
